    • Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of our product, refunds cannot be issued once an activation code has been provided. We recommend reviewing our demos and/or using our free trial version before making a purchase.

    • Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the tool within the first 14 days of purchase and our support team is unable to resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a full refund. To qualify, the activation code must not have been used.

    • Pro-Rated Refunds for Subscription Cancellations

If you cancel your subscription within the first 7 days of a billing cycle, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for the remaining days of the month, provided the activation code has not been used.

    • Renewals and Auto-Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time prior to the renewal date to avoid being charged for the upcoming month. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations after the renewal date.
